Showings are available for potential tenants who meet the lease requirements. Please provide all information requested on your pre-screener to be invited to schedule a showing.
LEASE REQUIREMENTS
Prospective Tenants must:
- earn 3x the rent amount as income ,l(proof required)
- have no previous evictions or housing-related collections
- pass credit and background checks (620 minimum credit score)
- individual application for each adult over 18
- one year lease
PETS
Cats and small dogs under 25 pounds may be allowed at some properties. For properties where pets are allowed:
- weight limit 25 pounds
- 2 pet maximum
- additional fees and restrictions may apply
TENANT RESPONSIBILITIES
- Unless otherwise noted; tenant maintains landscaping, lawn care and snow removal.
- Tenant responsible for all utilities.
- Absolutely no smoking indoors!
